A lot can happen in 2 hours!

A lot can happen in 2 hours, you can watch a movie, run a marathon(see here), watch a basketball game, or learn how to open a dental practice. A 3 step process will guide you to successfully opening a dental practice. While finding clarity, you can properly focus on your goals, and execute a plan to perform a successful dental start-up. The 2 hours spent during this seminar will give the attendee a basic understanding of what type of practice is desired, identify vision, clearly define their terms of success, and begin to build a team of trusted advisors through the process. You will interact with industry experts on, real estate, lending, accounting, legal, and dental office design.

Gaining clarity is the most misunderstood process during the planning period. With out clarity your focus will be askew.

Once clarity is gained, goals can be identified and a clear path of success becomes obtainable.

Now that goals are identified, a road map to a successful start-up is attainable.
